BASIL 7-Day Return Policy

At BASIL, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to our return policy below.

1. Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or if the product is damaged, we will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Size Issues

If the product you ordered is not the correct size for your pet after comparing from the provided size chart, you will need to send the product back to our address. Once we receive the product, we will dispatch a new one. Please note that if there is a change or upgrade in size, an additional/differential fee may apply. In special cases or faults from our side, we will organize everything from our end

3. Refunds for Discounted and COD Orders

Discounted Orders:

If you used a coupon code for your purchase and need to return the item, we will issue a refund in the form of a customized coupon code for the actual paid amount. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds for COD orders will also be provided through a customized coupon code excluding the COD charge.

Provide your order number and details of the issue you encountered. Our team will guide you through the return process.
